Sheila took us to visit my mother who lives in a home which cares for 4 or 5 older people.

Mary Campbell Haskell was born in 1910 and is now 91 years old. Here she is with Jessica's llama.

Mary needs a little help to get around not the least because her sight is not good anymore. Lars guides her to a place on the couch. This is the living room of the house she lives in.

A first generation Cable Car which still runs every day.

Most Cable Car lines have long since been replaced by busses. These last few lines have been kept by popular demand.
There are so many wonderful old houses in San Francisco. There are some hills too. In this town you must by law you must turn your wheels in towards the curb as well as using your parking brake.
