A friend of mine, SG Larson, who lives on an island called Brännö in Sweden, has always insisted that "the town is brown". He has a point. Especially from high above.

These two towers were across the street from World Trade Center. I took the picture as an architect admiring form and color.
I don't know what they were called or if they were badly damaged but I expect that they were.
The covered sidewalks disappeared as well as the highway.
